Is we can time travel ?

Time travel has long fascinated humanity. From science fiction novels to blockbuster films, the idea of moving freely between past and future continues to capture our imagination. But beyond fantasy, what does science actually say?
According to modern physics, time travel to the future is not only possible — it is already happening. Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity explains that time moves differently depending on speed and gravity. Astronauts aboard the International Space Station experience time slightly slower than people on Earth. While the difference is tiny, it proves that forward time travel, in a technical sense, is real.
Traveling to the past, however, is far more complex. Some theoretical models in physics, such as wormholes or closed time-like curves, suggest mathematical possibilities. Yet these ideas require extreme conditions — such as enormous energy or exotic matter — that we currently cannot create or control. More importantly, traveling to the past raises paradoxes, like the famous “grandfather paradox,” which challenges logical consistency.
At present, there is no experimental evidence that backward time travel is achievable. It remains a subject of theoretical debate rather than practical science.
So, can we time travel? To the future — in small, measurable ways — yes. To the past — not with any technology we possess today. For now, time remains a one-way journey, and perhaps that is what gives each moment its value.
